News / 2016 In A Nutshell

The great thing about working in a creative business is that you never know what is around the corner. 2016 didn’t fail us and dealt us a smorgasbord of projects to work on and keep our creative juices flowing!

We kicked off the New Year with the very passionate and exhilarating Vincent Simone as he helped Viña Maipo consumers find their passion for a good salsa as well as a great glass of merlot. Vincent was an absolute joy to work with and got us all in the dance spirit, including Tiff who helped run the winners dance classes!

Moving from wine, we then launched a great new range of pastas for the Really Healthy Pasta company, helping them with their creative photography and launch PR. A focus on eating better helped the team focus on being beach ready!

One of our biggest projects of the year, that we began in the Springtime, was to work with a pretty local company- just a few miles from our office. S&A Produce is a global player in producing soft fruits and with a brief to rebrand them throughout 2016 we knew we needed to pull out the stops and think big! We began by undertaking some focused market research to ensure we understood the consumer behaviour in the markets they operate in and followed this up with a fulsome plan to deliver a strong, creative direction that would resonate with a global audience. The look and feel was clean, strong and fresh for maximum impact. It can now be seen worldwide, quite a coup for our modest agency!

The latter part of the summer saw another brand partnership campaign with Isla Negra wines and English Heritage. The campaign aimed at delivering on-shelf standout for the wines as well as promotion of an exclusive 2 for 1 offer for consumers to English Heritage sites throughout the UK.

The autumn saw us drinks focused again (there is a pattern emerging here!) with the re-launch of one of our favourite client brands British Cassis. With a new focus on the on-trade and appealing to the luxury and craft drinks market our role was to get feature for the new bottle. Never ones to shy away from a challenge we got focused on consumer press and within 3 months we have already achieved 45 pieces of national coverage, a great result for an artisan brand, cheers to that!

We hope 2017 holds just as many juicy projects, maybe we could help you? Take a look at our work here.

Have a great Christmas,

Ann & Phia
