We are a fast-growing and creative agency based in Herefordshire. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. Within this role, you will be responsible for a range of marketing activities across a portfolio of clients in the education and food and drink sectors.
You will be working as part of a small, experienced and successful creative team focused on delivering exceptional Branding, Social Media and PR services for its clients in Herefordshire and beyond.
You will be highly competent at managing social media channels for brands, across Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram. Including creating social calendars, scheduling content and managing engagements.
You will also be proficient in creating engaging content using a variety of medias and have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and a creative photographic eye.
You will have a good understanding of online advertising including Google Adwords and feel competent to run campaigns for clients.
You will be happy project managing design work for print and be comfortable working with external agencies to deliver these elements.
You will be flexible and willing to learn new skills as the needs of our clients evolve.
You will be happy to be customer facing when required and be organised to prepare reporting back using social analytics on activity.
Pursuing a career in Marketing is important to you and you’ll have at least 2 years relevant experience or qualifications/a degree in a relevant subject.

Planning - you are always ahead of the game and are able to manage your time and prioritise tasks to get the job done, on time and in budget
Creativity - you are happy coming up with creative ideas for social media content. This will include styling, taking photos and using design programmes. You will also be a good wordsmith, have strong English and grammatical skills.
Being in the know - you find popular culture interesting and have your finger on the pulse.
Organisation - you take pride in being organised and can happily juggle the duties involved in running multiple social media channels, including liaising with clients, creating content, running digital advertising campaigns and managing engagements on behalf of our clients.
Customer care - you have a level head to deal with online customer enquiries and issues and you understand the importance of following brand guidelines.
Analysis - you will have an analytical mind and be happy preparing reports and planning tactics that will grow social channels for our clients.
