Working at Seed
Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model with 2 days (Mondays and Tuesdays) in the office and 3 days at home. This gives the team a healthy balance of contact time with their teammates and days working from home.
Seed HQ: Based in the middle of a Herefordshire village, surrounded by beautiful countryside, the office provides a lovely environment to work in. Plenty of access to fresh air, space to be creative, and just three miles from the nearest amenities.
Health & Wellness: You will receive a company Health Cash Plan after your probation period. On office days we promote walking meetings, have a team walk every day, and have a team Run Club after work on Mondays. Our Head of Heart is a Mental Health First Aider and is always available to the team. We also use an anonymous weekly surveying platform to create a safe space for regular feedback.
Flexibility: Our founders built the agency to flex around their lives as busy working mothers.
They continue to champion a flexitime policy to create less friction between life and work for the team. This means we allow people to set their own times when needed, some starting earlier or finishing later than others. We also allow flexibility in booking appointments during working hours.
Social: We are lucky to have a team that wants to spend time together. We like to organise regular get-togethers, be it a drink after work, dinner out, bowling, or a trip to the cinema. We also co-run an official creative networking group called Hereford Herd, hosting lively social events for creatives from across the county once a quarter.
Sustainability: We are committed to operating sustainably. A few examples of this are our supply chain (from compostable coffee pods to sustainable loo roll and producing our own eggs), our clamp down on unnecessary travel and use of email, and our team swish-robe whereby our team exchange clothes they no longer wear and anything not taken is given to charity. We also plant 100 trees for every new client we engage.
Charity: We support local charity, Headway, with pro bono marketing consultation, regularly donate to the Hereford Food Bank, and often support local charity events. We also encourage and support our team's charity efforts, be it the London Marathon or the Three Peaks Challenge.
